The Elephant, the Tree and the goal keeper (5 mins)
GoalsTo create an open and active atmosphere.
Guidelines:
The class stands in a circle. The educator stands in the middle.
The educator points to a learner while saying elephant, tree or goal keeper.
The learner that is selected does the corresponding movement together with two students on the left and right of her/him.
The elephant:
The person in the middle makes an elephant trunk with his/her arms. The two next to him/her make elephant ears with their arms.
The tree:
All three put their arms over their heads and wave them from left to right.
The goal keeper:
The one in the middle jumps up as if he/she catches a high ball. The two next to him/her form the goal behind him/her.
