Reflection

You have used a journal before in this program. This time use the same journal to reflect on your day. For the next week, spend a little time each evening writing in your journal how your day has been for you. You can use the following questions as guidelines for your writing:

  • What were the highlights of your day?
  • What were the things that were painful or difficult for you?
  • What did you learn about yourself today? And about others?
  • What would you like to do differently next time?
  • Are there any things you would like to say thank you for today?
