Are you learning?

You spend a great deal of time in the classroom. While it is true that some educators make their lessons more interesting than others, you as a learner have a big role to play in deciding whether your class time is fruitful or not; both for you and your classmates. You also have the opportunity of encouraging among your classmates a positive attitude towards their studies.

Today we will look at some of the conflicts that happen in the classroom. We will explore different ways of resolving these conflicts. Even when it seems as if there is very little that you as a young person can do to change a situation, remember that sometimes just doing one small thing can have a big impact on those around you – even on those who are older than you! And from the previous units, you will know that the best solution to a conflict can be found when we respect ourselves and care for others at the same time.
